LinenLine accepts American Express, EuroCard/MasterCard, VISA, Discover, JCB, Diners Club credit cards and PayPal payments. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks, money orders or gift certificates for online purchases.
Credit card payment services are provided by 2Checkout.com Inc., that is the authorized retailer of BuyTheThings.com. Charges for the transaction will appear on your credit card statement under the name 2CO.COM

ORDER EXECUTION TIME

Maximum time that is required to pick, pack and ship your order (shipping time excluded) is indicated in the product description and also during the checkout process on Order Summary page.


DISCOUNTS

LinenLine.biz is pleased to offer its customers the following system of accumulative discounts. If the total of your purchases reaches USD 500 (shipping charges excluded), you are entitled to a 3-percent discount on all your further orders. If the total of your purchases reaches USD 1,000 you gain a discount of 5 percent. A USD 1,500 purchase entitles you to an 8-percent discount and that of USD 2,000 gives you a discount of 10 percent. Discounts are calculated only on the value of the items purchased and exclude shipping charges.

Your discount rate is shown separately on Order History page in Your Account area and also during the checkout process on Order Summary page.


TAXES

All taxes, duties, and expenses related to importation and compliance with specific country's import laws is exclusively the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office or other relevant authorities to confirm that no restrictions or special requirements will apply to your order. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local governmental agencies concerning the importation of your order.


HOW TO ORDER

1. To place your order click Add to Cart button on the page with the product list or on the page of a particular item where you can find additional information and choose the quantity or size. By clicking this button you will place the item you've chosen in your Shopping Cart.

2. Shopping cart indicator in the top right hand corner of the page displays how many items you have in your cart.

3. If you want to see what's in your Shopping Cart, click on Cart icon in the top right hand corner or Shopping Cart link in the bottom right hand corner of the page.

4. Shopping Cart
While viewing your shopping cart, you can remove the items by clicking Remove Item button or save them for purchase at a later date by clicking To Wish List button, change the quantity of items, apply promotion/coupon codes and find out the relevant shipping charges. If you make any changes to your order or want to know the full value of your purchases including shipping charges and discounts, click the Recalculate button to see your revised total. If you wish to continue shopping, click the Keep Shopping button. If you have finished selecting items, click the Checkout button and you will be taken to the Login page.

5. Login page
If you are a new customer, you need to sign in by completing Account Information form on this page and click Continue button. After becoming a registered customer you gain an opportunity to execute a faster checkout, check your order status, view the history of your orders and more in Your Account area (see Account Benefits).
If you are a registered customer, enter your email address and password and click Login button.

6. Shipping address page
This page shows a form with your shipping address that you entered at the time of signing in. If you want to send your purchase to a different location click Clear link and enter the relevant address. To confirm your delivery address click Continue button.

7. Order Summary page
This page enables you to review your total order, including discounts and shipping charges. If you're satisfied, click Continue button.

8. Billing
The last step is entering your credit card and billing information (or PayPal login and password) to complete your secure transaction. After you have finished it, click Complete Order.

9. Order Confirmation screen
You will then see Order Confirmation screen, which indicates that your credit card has been successfully processed and gives you a confirmation number for your order.


HOW TO USE COUPONS

Select your items and add them to your Shopping Cart. In the Shopping Cart enter the coupon code into the "Promotional/Coupon Code" field (NOTE: Only one coupon can be used per order). To find your order total including coupon discount click Recalculate button.


ORDERING CONFIRMATION

After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations - one from 2Checkout.com confirming your purchase payment receipt and the other from LinenLine.biz confirming that your order has been received and is in process. This email is your receipt and will include your order number, verification of the items purchased and your shipping and delivery information.
You will be also served an email notification once your order has been shipped.


CANCELING AN ORDER

In the event that you need to cancel an order that has not been shipped yet, visit Your Account area and click Cancel link against the relevant order in the Current Orders list. Once you have the page containing order information on the screen, enter your email address and password, and click Cancel Order button. Your order will be automatically deleted from the Current Orders list and you will receive a relevant confirmation email.
Note: orders already shipped cannot be canceled and must be returned. For more information, please review Returns & Exchanges.


ORDER STATUS

Your order status (in process, shipped, complete) is shown separately on Current Orders page in Your Account section.
