About Your AccountCREATING AN ACCOUNT We value You can sign in and create Your Account either at Checkout or in advance, by clicking Your Account icon in the top right hand corner of any page and filling out the form that appears on the screen. Using your email address and a password of your choice in the Account Information area, you may access Your Account online at any time to add, delete, or change information. ACCOUNT BENEFITS Faster Checkout If you register with us, we'll save your shipping information so that you don't have to enter it again at Checkout. For added security, we do not store your billing information, including credit card number, in our system, which means that you will need to enter it each time you shop with us. Order Status If you've placed an order, you can check its status online. To do this, go to Current Orders area in Your Account. It will display a list showing the number, date, total value, execution time and status (in process, shipped, complete) for each of your orders. Click the order number to see its details. After the item has been delivered the order information will be stored in Order History area. Order History You'll be able to view the history of your orders. To do this, go to Order History area in Your Account. It will display a list showing the numbers, dates and total value of all your orders. Click the order number to see its details. Canceling an Order You'll be able to cancel an order that has not been shipped yet. To do this, visit Your Account area and click Cancel link against the relevant order in the Current Orders list. Once you have the page containing order information on the screen, enter your email address and password, and click Cancel Order button. Your order will be automatically deleted from the Current Orders list and you will receive a relevant confirmation email. Discounts System Save your money by making use of our system of accumulative discounts. LinenLine.biz is pleased to offer its customers the following system of accumulative discounts. If the total of your purchases reaches USD 500 (shipping charges excluded), you are entitled to a 3-percent discount on all your further orders. If the total of your purchases reaches USD 1,000 you gain a discount of 5 percent. A USD 1,500 purchase entitles you to an 8-percent discount and that of USD 2,000 gives you a discount of 10 percent. Discounts are calculated only on the value of the items purchased and exclude shipping charges. Your discount rate is shown separately on Order History page in Your Account area and also during the checkout process on Order Summary page. Email Updates Sign up to receive email updates on special promotions, sales alerts, new product announcements, gift ideas and more. You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by using any of the modes described below: 1. Click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we've sent you. 2. Go to Edit Account Information area in Your Account. Uncheck the boxes that ask you if you would like to receive our email newsletters and click Update. Wish List Wish List allows you to save items placed in the cart for purchase at a later date and email them to a friend or family. To add an item to your Wish List, click the To Wish List button in your Shopping Cart. These items will remain in your Wish List until the next time you visit our Site, as long as they are remain in stock. When you decide to purchase an item, you will need to add it from your Wish List to your Shopping Cart to complete your order. To delete an item from Wish List, click Remove Item button ACCOUNT INFORMATION UPDATES You can change the information that you entered at the time of registration at any time of your convenience. To do this, go to Edit Account Information area in Your Account, make the required changes and click Update button at the bottom of the page. DELETING ACCOUNT In order to delete Your Account Information from our data base, access Edit Account Information area in Your Account and click Delete Information button (at the bottom of page), then enter your password and email address in the form that appears on the screen and click Delete button. In a few minutes you will receive our email asking you to re-confirm your decision. To re-confirm your decision, click URL in the email. Your LinenLine.biz Account will be deleted and a relevant message will appear on the screen. Note: you may delete Your Account Information only after all your orders placed with us have Complete Status. PASSWORD Problems? Make sure that you are entering your email address and password exactly as when you registered. Forgot your password? Click here.
